Special Notice: Covid-19 Delivery & Returns Policy
We are still providing a limited delivery service for online orders but with certain restrictions for the health and safety of both our customers and drivers.
- No contact delivery.
We will deliver all furniture items at the agreed time slot to your doorstep. The delivery team will await confirmation from you either via a phone call or knocking on your door for acknowledgement before leaving. Therefore, we are unable to deliver to your room. We are also unable to remove and dispose of packaging as per usual.
- Delayed timescales.
We typically aim to deliver items between 1-2 weeks, we are still aiming to maintain these time frames. Depending how the situation with Covid-19 may develop in the coming days/weeks we may have to reconsider this. We will, of course, keep you personally updated on your order.
We are extending our return period to 30 days for the duration of the current lockdown imposed by the government.

Stress Free, Premium Delivery as standard
We go to great lengths to ensure that our unique furniture is delivered to you in one piece. This starts with us carefully packaging and loading your items from our base in Leamington Spa, and ends when our 2-person Delivery Team arrive with your furniture, put it in place for you and take away the packaging, leaving you to fully enjoy your newly acquired Ember Home furniture!
By using our own Delivery Team, we ensure that every piece is handled with care and that you receive the best possible service from our courteous and polite drivers.
For smaller items we now offer flat rate shipping via courier. It is £9.50 for all items ordered. If you also order furniture we will deliver the small wares along with the furniture for the standard shipping rate. The best rate will automatically apply at checkout.

RETURNING AN ITEM
A full refund of the item(s) will be given which will exclude the cost of delivery, if applicable.
If you are unable to return the item and require collection then our standard delivery charges will apply.
The item(s) will be inspected on their return for any damage, if damage has occurred this may affect your refund.
Please keep all packaging the item(s) came with.
You will receive your refund once the item(s) are returned and checked for damage.
The refund will be placed on either the same card used for the purchase or a bank transfer.
