Orders and Shipping

Large items of furniture are delivered by us personally within 1-2 weeks. We will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery time. Smallwares sent by standard delivery usually arrive within 3-5 days.

During checkout You will be prompted to create an account. You don’t need to but it will allow you to track your orders and speed-up checkout on any future purchases.

You can change you shipping address during checkout or in your account page. However, if you have placed an order and need to change the shipping address before we deliver please call us on +44 (0)1926 889977 or email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

It is only possible to order through our online-store for UK delivery. We can manage international shipping but it requires a bespoke quote. Please get in touch on +44 (0)1926 889977 or email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to find a solution. (NOTE: for Scotland and certain areas in the South-West we also require that you call us to discuss delivery).

For orders that include large items we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time, any Smallwares ordered at the same time will be part of the same delivery. For orders only of Smallwares that can be shipped we endeavour to send everything as one item, if this is not the case we will contact you to let you know.

Returns and Exchanges

‘Bringing magic to your home’, this is our mission statement and if on the rare occasion, for whatever reason, you are not absolutely in love with your item(s) we will happily accept a return request within 14 days of purchase. See Delivery & Returns and our Terms & Conditions for more information.

For large items this is an unlikely scenario. We have our own in house delivery team and we will be in contact with you to arrange all the details of the delivery. For postal orders, if you have a problem just give us a call or email within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange your item . 

Again for large items this is very unlikely as we have our own professional delivery team and we take upmost care to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. For postal deliveries, please ensure you check the order before signing for it. If you have a problem please call or email and we will resolve the issue.
